Bracing for Winter

So far here in Central Illinois we’ve been lucky to have a very mild winter.  This has helped the cows get back on their feet after the very hard, hot summer.  We saw a huge drop in their milk production leading to a shortage of milk on the store shelves.  We appreciate eveyone’s patients with the cows as they overcame the heat, and now are back to producing their potential.
